On the 3rd of June the Bishop of Southampton the Rt Revd Paul Butler took part in a walk through the Christchurch Deanery.
At 2.15pm he was met at Steamer Point by 30 parishioners from All Saints Church, he then walked along the seafront and stopped for a cup of tea at Pam Butcher's beach hut. He then walked to the Quay and was met by some fishermen and then he was given a tour of the Lifeboat Station.Next Bishop Paul walked along to Stanpit Marsh where he was handed over to Christchurch Priory
On Sunday 8th June Bishop Paul led an open air service on the green at mudeford Quay. Around 200 people enjoyed the hymn singing followed by a picnic
